In order to collect Windows event logs, you need to install XpoLog for Windows OS and/or use XpoLog as an agent on a Windows machine. Deployed correctly you can use XpoLog as a unified event log viewer for all Windows instances. Follow the instruction here to setup XpoLog for windows
